This website describes my psychodynamic and somatic psychotherapy practice in which I offer:
- Face to face or Online, individual psychodynamic psychotherapy and somatic psychotherapy. This work is informed by psychoanalytic Self-Psychology which is effective for many clinical presentations, including depression, anxiety, trauma (developmental, complex), personality disorders, addictions and relationship issues
- Professional supervision incorporating Self Psychology and somatic/movement theories. I work with Psychodynamic Psychotherapists, Somatic Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Bodyworkers and Dance/Movement Therapists
- Training in psychodynamic psychoanalytic Self Psychology. I offer supervision case study groups, study/reading groups, and regular mini-conferences, as well as training programs.
