Understanding and proficient practice of Self Psychology requires a the following four fold combination of<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Theoretical readings<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Attendance at Workshops, Training Programs and Conferences<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Supervision (individual or group) with a practitioner of Self Psychology<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Doing your own therapy with a practitioner of Self Psychology<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Every year a number of reading groups and supervision groups are offered by Sandra and her colleagues in the CRSPC (Canberra and Region Self Psychology Community). In 2024 a two years Somatic Intersubjective Self Psychological training course will commence. And a Self Psychology case study conference is planned for late 2025.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
